Editorial Reviews:

Amazon.com
This straight brad nailer is one of seven new heavy-duty air-powered nailers from the venerable Milwaukee, and the whole series is another testament to the red label’s unflagging quality.

Like all of Milwaukee’s new nailers, this is incredibly light, even fully loaded, and its cool, compact size makes it a cinch to tote and use, especially in awkward positions and at the tail end of a long day of trim installation. But it’s crowded at the top of the list: Despite their light weight, these nailers are heavyweights in the power department. The 7150-21 effortlessly drives 5/8" to 2-1/8" brads and, best of all, its reload indicator even alerts you when your magazine’s nearly empty. Loading more fasteners takes a couple of seconds at most, and that means more money in your pocket. Another big tip of the hat to Milwaukee for incorporating both sequential and bump firing modes, accessible just by turning a knob, so when speed is a need, you’re ready to go, but precision is at your fingertips too. We like the quality built into this tool, from the magnesium housing and oil-free motor to the easily adjustable air deflector and muffler, as well as the convenient rafter hook for storage. The non-marring nosepiece won’t deface your work surface, and there’s even a self-cleaning air filter in the tool handle, keeping dust and dirt out of the tool’s workings – and that means longer tool life. In hand, this nailer feels great: light, comfortable, agile, beautifully balanced, and dare we say, fun to use. Tool-free depth adjustment is on-the-mark reliable, fast and easy. And should the nails jam, clearing is a snap with the tool-free jam release. Bravo, Milwaukee.--Kris Jensen-Van Heste

[5 Stars]: Great little brad nailer!
I am a tile contractor.I use this nailer to reinstall baseboard after tile installation. It is a great tool.Rarely misfires(probably because I get in a rush).Easy to use.Like it much better than the bostitch it replaced.Highly recommend!

[4 Stars]: It Works
I used this nailer to finish my basement including the oak trim around the windows and doors. It never jammed. The penetration of the brads was adjustable and predictable. It's now a valuable tool in my workshop.

[5 Stars]: A great brad gun for a reasonable price.
As a few previous commenters stated, I also, had to remove the no-mar pad and file down the workpiece contact a small amount to get the brads to recess properly. I also discovered that tilting the nailgun slightly forward (toward the brad exit point also ensures a properly recessed brad. I have used the nail gun quite a bit since I received it 6 weeks ago and I have yet to experience a miss fire. I can drive all brad lengths with a maximum setting of 90 lbs pressure. Great gun! I love this product. I would recommend the 7150-21 to anyone. Thanks Milwaukee.
