Speedy and Powerful Nail Delivery System
The NR90GR gas-powered nail delivery system is a powerful alternative to traditional pneumatic nailers. With no annoying hoses to wind, this nailer is capable of driving up to two nails per second and 1,000 nails per hour. A single battery charge will fire about 4,000 nails and a fuel rod will fire about 1,200 nails, which means you'll get the job done quicker. The NR90GR fires up to 3.5 x 0.131-inch round-head nails, whereas most of the competition falls off at 3-1/4 inches. This allows for maximum flexibility when working on various materials and applications. The adjustable depth-of-drive nose piece ensures each nail gets seated properly to suit the workpiece.

User-Friendly Design Reduces Downtime
With an easy two-step nail-loading procedure, the NR90GR will help you reduce downtime and improve efficiency. Simply slide the attached strip of nails into the magazine and release the feeder to lock the nails in place--you'll be ready to go within seconds. An E-Z view feature on the magazine prevents untimely reloads and keeps you on task.

For further ease of use, the NR90GR utilizes a six-nail lockout feature for preventing accidental dry firing of the nailer and ensuring proper loading and firing at all times. Additionally, the fuel rod door is double locked to eliminate accidental opening of the fuel-latch door during operation. A low-battery indicator gives you plenty of warning for your next recharge.

Designed for Comfort, Control, and Portability
Like all Hitachi tools, the NR90GR is ergonomically designed to enhance comfort and control on the job. To start, the nailer weighs just 7.9 pounds and features a well-balanced design that minimizes user fatigue and allows for easy one-handed operation. Additionally, the handle is wrapped in Elastomer compound to reduce vibration and prevent slippage for ultimate control. A collapsible rafter hook provides additional convenience by allowing you to hang the nailer from a rafter when both of your hands are needed.

The NR90GR doesn't require air hoses or a compressor, making it much more portable than a pneumatic nailer. Measuring just 14-1/4 x 4-1/4 x 13-29/35 inches (LxWxH), it will fit into tight spaces with ease.

The NR90GR Gas Powered Framing Nailer is backed by Hitachi's one-year warranty.

[4 Stars]: Cord less Nail gun
Nail gun works pretty well ,uses more gas than manual says . Over all am pleased

[3 Stars]: Hitachi NR90GR Depth Adjustment,Jam Clearing and Trouble Shooting Insert
I just received my new Hitachi NR90GR Gas Strip Nailer. I ended up choosing this cordless framing nailer based on reviews and a roofing contractor's recommendations. I haven't gotten to use the unit yet so this review is based on my experiences of getting familar with NR90GR and it's instruction manual. The instruction manual is clear and helpful. I was working through the adjustments and jam clearing. The bolt holding the depth setting push lever were were extremely tight requiring excessive force to loosen. The bolts holding the firing head were even tighter. One of the captured firing head nuts even turned within the plastic slot that holds the nut. I was able to loosen the bolt from the nut by shocking the allen wrench with a hammer. Now I can tighten and loosen all three bolts appropriately. The Trouble Shooting insert Manual 1 describes "how to return the piston". In the description it instructs the operator to "Prepare the thin, 4mm long bar, 100mm length." There is no thin 4mm long bar in the package.

Once I start actually using the nailer I will return the review and update this review.

I've had the nailer on this framing job for about two weeks. I'm working at about 5300ft altitude in Colorado. The cordless aspect of the nailer is fantastic. The mannual does caution you about higher altitude limitations. I use Passcode red ball fuel cells, the Hitachi fuel doesn't fire at these altitudes. When the gun is operated first thing in the morning it works fine. If left very long in the sun it doesn't fire. I keep it in the shade when ever I lay it down. It gets hot here. It's doing a fair job in an environment outside the manufactures specified boundries. I like the gun, and look forward to much better operation at more reasonable altitudes. Even I don't operate at full capacity at this altitude.

[5 Stars]: Great Gun
This is a great nail gun i have used the paslode guns for many projects and took a chance on buying this i am very happy i did.
